David Muir is an American journalist and anchor best known for his ABC news program World News Tonight with David Muir as well as for his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for which he serves as anchorman and co-anchor. His program with its dramatic videos, celebrity news as well as his animated movements has grown to become the most watched news program in America. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. Prior to joining ABC World News Tonight, him was the principal replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer.
