Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez has been a Mexican American actor, performer and songwriter for a number of years. In her early years Sara was targeted for racial discrimination by a lot of Americans. As she entered the 9th grade she started to feel more confident when she was praised by her teachers when she sang at the school's audition. The singer not only gained confidence because of the experience and gained experience, but also changed her career goals. She graduated at the age of 22 with a degree from the Julliard School in New York. In 1993, she had her Broadway debut in Paul Simon's The Capeman. Her first film was titled You've got Mail. The greatest accomplishment of her career occurred in the role of The Lady of The Lake as Spamalot's initial Broadway production. Not only did she receive the Tony Award, but her performance was also well-received by critics. In 2007, she was a cast member on the ABC show Grey's Anatomy and became more well-known. As a well-known singer, she has also recorded a song and a play. Also, she is an activist and works extensively in the field of LGBT rights.
