Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. Her second place finish was at the 2010. CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media-star. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In addition, she is known for being the winner of in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. She was a keen sportsperson and started working out at when she was a young age. As of 2009, she took part in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir, as of 2021, is aged 31. Her height is around 5'7 and weighs approximately 70 kilograms. Annie was the first to start CrossFit when she was in California. Annie did very well in the initial games and finished at the top of the list out of 70. However, she was unable to claim any titles and ended up 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. Following that, she again participated in the CrossFit competitions and due to her impressive performance, she took home the contest and became the first woman to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie has an impressive 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win the two CrossFit Games. Additionally, in 2014 Annie received a Silver medal as well as, more recently, in 2021, she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. In the last few years, as an athlete, Annie has been a face of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae, among other brands. Her self-titled Youtube page boasts over 1,000 users, posting her family and travel videos as well as training diets.
